Kaminho FPSO Project

Offshore oil and gas production is one of the most technically demanding sectors of the energy industry. The Kaminho FPSO adopts a fully electric drive solution, and its supporting electrical equipment must operate under high load for extended periods, placing extremely high demands on power supply reliability. The UFCL-limiter supplied by Innovit Electric will be installed in the 12kV switchgear system of the FPSO’s topside modules to limit short-circuit currents and ensure the safe operation of its 11kV power system.
