Supporting Academic Excellence in High-Voltage Research

by 创新 / 2026-04-03 / Published in News
Hong Kong Polytechnic University

March 2026 –  Innovit Electric is pleased to announce the successful delivery of two units of its iHFCT (High-Frequency Current Transformer) to The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a leading institution recognized for its excellence in engineering and applied research.

With a non-intrusive, clamp-on design, the iHFCT allows for flexible installation and continuous monitoring of high-voltage assets, making it an ideal solution for both research and practical applications.

The iHFCT sensors are engineered for highly accurate partial discharge (PD) detection, providing researchers with a reliable means to evaluate insulation performance and detect potential faults at an early stage—without disrupting ongoing system operations. By partnering with esteemed institutions, Innovit plays a pivotal role in advancing research capabilities and supporting the development of safer, more efficient, and highly reliable power systems worldwide.
