October 2019, Innovit Electric has successfully won the bid to supply 3 sets of current limiters (UFCL-limiter) for the Iraqi SCP project. The technically advanced UFCL-limiters can limit abnormal short-circuit currents, ensuring the system’s safety while increasing the reliability of the client’s power distribution system. This new project comes after Innovit Electric’s successes in supplying UFCL-limiters sets to the South American and South East Asian markets. These projects will give Innovit Electric’s products a strong footing in international markets and will form the basis of Innovit Electric’s continued push for export growth.
The Iraqi SCP project is a 3 line, 5000 TPD clinker production plant being managed by the EPC contractor of SINOMA. The project is located in Sulaymaniyah of Iraq. It is also SINOMA’s flagship project in the middle east. Innovit Electric will work closely with SINOMA to provide the Iraqi clients with world-leading short-circuit current limiting solutions.
