March 2026, Innovit Electric delivers its self-developed HFCT (High-Frequency Current Transformer) sensors to Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), one of China’s top-tier institutions. Renowned domestically and internationally for its excellence in engineering, technology, and scientific research, SJTU is a highly influential key university in China.
HFCT sensors are widely used to detect and analyze Partial Discharge (PD) activity, providing researchers with a reliable and non-intrusive method for assessing the condition of high-voltage insulation systems and identifying potential defects at an early stage. The delivered sensors feature a clamp-on design that enables flexible installation and continuous monitoring without interfering with normal system operation, making them well-suited for both laboratory research and real-world applications.
