Successful Development of HFCT-4

22nd March, 2019, Innovit Electric announced that the world’s first high-frequency current transformer (HFCT) with a 4mm internal diameter has been successfully developed, which is the  smallest HFCT in the worldwide so far. Its successfully development has added a new member for the series ultra-wideband high frequency pulse current transformers.

High-frequency current transformer (HFCT) is widely used in the monitoring and positioning of partial discharge of cable systems, which can also be used for the partial discharge monitoring of high-voltage equipment such as GIS, etc. Both iHFCT-54 and iHFCT-120 has the characteristics of sensitive, accurate, life-long maintenance-free, high reliability, etc. This product is customized for an important domestic client by Innovit Electric which is based on the deep expertise and experience in the area of Partial Discharge sensors and will be applied to the High-end testing industry.
