electrical test

Arnhem, August 2025, Innovit Electric reached another remarkable milestone as its newly developed 17.5kV Fault Current Limiter (4000A, 50kA, 60Hz) effectively completed a full series of electrical tests at the world-renowned testing, inspection, and certification organization, the KEMA Labs, which underscores the product’s reliability.
This achievement marks a significant breakthrough for Innovit Electric. Successfully passing KEMA’s robust testing means our 17.5kV Fast Fault Current Limiter is now fully qualified for deployment in the world’s most demanding environments, such as 13.8kV power system upgrades, offshore FPSO electrical networks, and other critical applications where absolute reliability and safety are non-negotiable.
In the high-stakes arena of electrical transmission and distribution, laboratory simulations are not merely a check-box exercise—they are the bedrock of reliability and safety. Testing at this level is where theoretical design meets unforgiving reality. Passing these tests once again demonstrates Innovit Electric’s deep technical expertise, strong R&D capabilities, and unwavering commitment to quality. This accomplishment reinforces Innovit Electric’s position as a leading innovator in medium-voltage protection solutions, showcasing our ability to deliver advanced, high-performance products to global markets.
