Return and repair service
Customers can directly contact INNOVIT sales representatives when a product fault is detected. Under the guidance of the sales representative, customers will then fill in the repair application form and ship the product to INNOVIT. We will repair the defective product and ship it back to the customer free of charge.
Our engineers will contact customers if needed. All associated costs will be borne by Innovit Electric unless the product is subsequently found to be in full working condition.
We can detect breakdowns in products and issue analysis reports by customer request.

We will then assess the product to determine if your equipment can be repaired, reconditioned, or replaced within 2 days of arriving on site. In emergency cases, it may be possible to ship new equipment to the customer before receiving the defective product. Allowing the customer to continue operation.
